Hockey

Hockey is a team game played with a stick and ball, aiming to score goals.

Basic Rules:
  • Each team has 11 players, including a goalkeeper.
  • The ball can only be hit with the flat side of the stick.
  • Goals are scored when the ball crosses the goal line inside the circle.
  • Matches are played in two halves (35 minutes each).
  • Fouls include dangerous play, using the back of the stick, or obstructing.
Kabaddi

🤼 Kabaddi

Kabaddi is a contact team sport, popular in South Asia, played on a rectangular court.

Basic Rules:
  • Each team has 7 players on the court and substitutes.
  • A "raider" enters the opponent's half to tag players.
  • The raider must chant "Kabaddi! Kabaddi!" without stopping.
  • If the raider tags opponents and returns safely, points are scored.
  • If caught by defenders, the raider is out.
  • The team with most points at the end wins.
Football

Football (Soccer) is the world’s most popular sport, played between two teams of 11 players.

Basic Rules:
  • Each team has 11 players including a goalkeeper.
  • The match is played in two halves of 45 minutes each.
  • The ball must be kicked, not handled (except by the goalkeeper).
  • A goal is scored when the ball fully crosses the goal line between the posts.
  • Offside and fouls are penalized by free kicks, penalties, or cards.
  • The team with the most goals at full-time wins.
